Who is responsible
This promotion is run by Livad Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation of 838 Walker Road, Suite 21-2, Dover, DE 19904, USA, which is the controller of the data described here. Contact: hello@livad.stream.
What we collect
Two things, both of which you type in yourself:
- Your scratch-card code, so we can check it is valid and mark it used.
- Your work email address, so we can administer the promotion, identify your entry, and resolve any question about your prize.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, job title or company. We derive the company domain from your email address for our own reporting, and we record which broad category that domain falls into. Alongside your entry we store the prize allocated, the time of entry, whether the prize has been collected, and a non-reversible fingerprint of your network address used to limit abuse.
Why we can use it
Administering the promotion you chose to enter, and our legitimate interest in running it fairly, understanding who engaged with it, and preventing abuse. Marketing email, if you opt in, is on the basis of your consent.
Marketing is optional
The marketing checkbox is unticked by default and is never a condition of receiving or collecting a prize. If you tick it we store that choice and the time you made it, separately from your entry. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by writing to hello@livad.stream.
Who sees it
LIVAD staff running this activation, and the service providers who host the site and its database on our behalf: Netlify (hosting and application) and Neon (database), both in the United States. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Entry records are kept for 12 months after the event so we can resolve prize queries and report on the activation, then deleted or anonymised. Where you have opted into marketing, your email is kept for that purpose until you withdraw consent.
Tracking
No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics and no cross-site tracking. We record our own basic counts, such as how many people opened this page and how many codes were entered, so we can see how the activation performed. A short-lived cookie is used only to keep LIVAD staff signed in to the internal dashboard.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@livad.stream. If you are in a country with a data protection authority and you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local authority.
