Promotion Terms
1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Livad Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation of 838 Walker Road, Suite 21-2, Dover, DE 19904, USA (“LIVAD”, “we”). Questions about the promotion: hello@livad.stream.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with IAB, Apple Inc., or any other owner of a brand named on a prize.
2. Promotion period and location
The promotion runs at IAB PlayFronts, Convene, 360 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10017, on 17 September 2026, for the duration of the event, or until prize stocks are exhausted if that happens sooner.
3. Eligibility
- Open to attendees of IAB PlayFronts who are aged 18 or over and who hold a scratch card issued by LIVAD at the event.
- Not open to employees, officers or contractors of LIVAD, or their immediate families.
- Entry requires a valid card code and a working email address. One entry per card.
- Cards are distributed to attendees at the event. Cards are not for sale and have no cash value.
- Where local law restricts a promotion of this kind, entry is not open to residents of those jurisdictions.
4. How prizes are allocated
Each card carries a unique code. Entering a valid, unused code reveals the prize allocated to that entry. Every valid code receives a prize, subject to availability.
Prizes are allocated by LIVAD’s systems at the point of entry, taking account of the prize stock remaining at that moment. LIVAD does not publish the details of how prizes are allocated, and outcomes are final.
Codes are single use: once a code has been entered successfully it cannot be entered again, by anyone.
5. Prizes and availability
The prize pool for this promotion is:

- 289 × LIVAD Merch Pack
The LIVAD Merch Pack is a bundle of LIVAD merchandise. Its contents vary subject to availability at the time of collection.
Prizes are subject to availability. Where a prize becomes unavailable, LIVAD may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, or withdraw that prize from the pool.
- Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
- Prizes are supplied as-is. Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, are between the winner and the manufacturer.
- Winners are responsible for any tax arising from receipt of a prize, and for any disclosure their own employer requires of them.
6. Collecting a prize
Prizes are collected in person at the LIVAD stand by presenting the confirmation shown on screen after entry. Each confirmation may be redeemed once; LIVAD marks a prize as collected at the point of hand-over.
Prizes must be collected in person at the event, before the LIVAD stand closes. Uncollected prizes are forfeited and may be reallocated at LIVAD’s discretion, and LIVAD is under no obligation to ship a prize after the event.
7. Fair play
LIVAD may void an entry, withhold a prize or exclude a participant where it reasonably believes there has been tampering, use of a card the participant is not entitled to, automated entry, or any other attempt to interfere with the operation of the promotion.
8. Data protection
LIVAD collects the card code and the email address entered in order to administer the promotion and hand over prizes. Marketing consent is optional, is never a condition of receiving or collecting a prize, and can be withdrawn at any time. See the privacy notice for this promotion.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, LIVAD is not liable for loss arising from participation in the promotion or from use of a prize.
10. General
LIVAD may amend these terms or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, including for reasons outside its control. The current version of these terms is the one published at this address.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
